Our mission and purpose

Our mission is to inspire and empower you to become the champion of your own wellbeing journey. 

We understand that mental and physical health go hand in hand, and our handmade candles and essential oils are made to transform your space into a high-vibrational environment where you can focus on your desired intention, be it to find clarity, grounding or relaxation.

We go further than providing our customers with “pretty candles.” We are here to support you in your wellness journey by offering you a means to self-care, relaxation, and spiritual growth through our products. By bringing our candles and oils into your space, you are inviting positivity, inspiration, and support into your life on a daily basis.

Our commitment to sustainability

 Here are some of the ways we uphold our commitment to sustainability:

- We use natural and eco-friendly ingredients in all of our candles, such as soy wax, cotton wicks, and plant-based fragrances.
- Our home decor collection is made with jesmonite, a natural mineral created from sedimentary rock (called gypsum) and a water-based acrylic resin.
- Our packaging is made from recyclable materials, and we encourage our customers to recycle or reuse their candle jars.
- We source our materials from socially and environmentally responsible suppliers.
- We continually evaluate our processes and operations to minimise waste and reduce our carbon footprint, such as using local suppliers, having a small scale production, using minimal (and reusable / recyclable) packaging, and having clean burning products.

How our products are sourced and produced

Candles: soy wax, cotton wicks, jars made of glass, aluminium or jesmonite, labels made of recycled / recyclable materials, packaging made of paper, essential oils and premium fragrance oils free from phthalates and parabens.

Essential Oil Blends: our essential oil blends are made with pure essential oils sourced from a good quality, reputable local supplier, and then blended in house by us, based on blends created by Alma Davina founder, Susie. 

Home Decor: all products are made in house by Alma Davina's co-founder James, using jesmonite, a natural mineral created from sedimentary rock (called gypsum) and a water-based acrylic resin. Gypsum is a naturally occurring material that can be found in abundance, which makes jesmonite a material produced in a more sustainable way than concrete or fiberglass.

Crystals: we only source crystals from responsible, ethical suppliers and all stones are 100% natural and legitimate.

Incense: Our incense sticks are sourced by a supplier that makes them hand rolled, using a naturally produced paste made from non-toxic components, natural oils, plant resins and natural plant derived colouring.
